I wish I had known that Ashley Homestore had a $200 (plus tax) redelivery fee if you called less than 72 hours before it was scheduled to deliver. It's on your receipt alright, but on the back.

They will call you 2 days before delivery, but if you can't take it you need to call them 3 days before. Sounds like a scam to me. Then if you decide to cancel the order to avoid the redelivery fee, oops, there's a 30% restocking fee. Also on the back of your receipt (and who reads those?!?!?)

Bob's Discount Furniture, on the other hand, gave me a FULL refund (including delivery) for a chair that I had ordered on the Internet.

It came to my house, I saw it and saw that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. They took it back, called me a couple of days later, and then refunded me ALL of it.

And it was MY FAULT!! Yep, shop at Bob's not Ashley!
