I wish I had known that Ashley Homestore had a $200 (plus tax) redelivery fee if you called less than 72 hours before it was scheduled to deliver.It's on your receipt alright, but on the back.

They will call you 2 days before delivery, but if you can't take it you need to call them 3 days before. Sounds like a scam to me. Then if you decide to cancel the order to avoid the redelivery fee, oops, there's a 30% restocking fee. Also on the back of your receipt (and who reads those?!?!?)

Bob's Discount Furniture, on the other hand, gave me a FULL refund (including delivery) for a chair that I had ordered on the Internet.

It came to my house, I saw it and saw that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. They took it back, called me a couple of days later, and then refunded me ALL of it.

And it was MY FAULT!!Yep, shop at Bob's not Ashley!
